1. Introduction
Correct Score Analytics ("Mr Analyst", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Correct Score Analytics mobile application (package name mranalyst.correctscoreanalytics) and related services at mranalyst.org. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard your personal information when you install, register, or use our football tips and correct-score analytics app.
By downloading, creating an account, or continuing to use Correct Score Analytics, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity data
Email address, display name, profile photo (optional), referral code, referral activity, and account preferences. Email verification is performed using one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your address.
Device and technical data
Device identifiers (including the Google Advertising ID when available on the device), device registration tokens, operating system version, app version, language settings, IP address, network type, and diagnostic logs. Device registration helps manage VIP entitlements and prevent unauthorized access. The Advertising ID may be used to measure ad-driven app installs and related marketing performance.
Usage data
Screens viewed, tips accessed or unlocked, subscription and VIP status, referral token usage, notification preferences, and timestamps of key actions. App open / install-related events may also be recorded for advertising measurement.
Payment data
VIP subscriptions and unlockable digital content are processed by Google Play Billing only. We do not store payment card numbers. We receive purchase tokens, order identifiers, subscription status, and renewal dates where applicable to grant VIP access.
Support and communications
Messages sent via email at [email protected] or in-app chat powered by Crisp, including content and attachments you provide.
Push notification data
With your permission, we collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver tip alerts and service updates. You may disable push notifications in device settings.
3. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and improve Correct Score Analytics and tip delivery.
- Authenticate users, verify email via OTP, and manage device registration.
- Deliver football betting tips, correct-score analysis, and VIP content to subscribers.
- Validate subscription and purchase entitlements via Google Play Billing.
- Operate referral programs, promotional tokens, and in-app rewards (tokens have no cash value).
- Send notifications via Firebase push and email for service and security purposes.
- Provide customer support through Crisp chat and email.
- Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
- Generate aggregated, de-identified analytics to improve performance.
- Measure and attribute advertising performance (including Meta / Facebook App Events for app installs and related events).
4. Push notifications and third-party services
We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications when you opt in. FCM may collect device identifiers needed to deliver alerts per Google's policies. Crisp processes in-app chat messages. Google Play handles VIP subscription payments. We use the Meta (Facebook) SDK App Events features to measure installs and related app events from our Meta ads; this may involve Advertising ID and device/app event data shared with Meta under their terms. We configure these tools to minimize collection and do not sell your personal information.
5. Legal bases for processing
We process data based on: performance of a contract (providing the app and VIP services); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, analytics); consent (where required); and legal obligation compliance.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers (hosting, Firebase, Crisp, email delivery), Meta for ad measurement / App Events when you install or use the app after seeing our ads, Google Play for purchase verification, legal authorities when required by law, and in business transfers subject to continued protection.
7. International transfers and retention
Data may be processed in countries other than yours. We use appropriate safeguards where required. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
8. Account deletion and your rights
You can delete your account in the app via Settings → Delete account (opens the secure deletion page), or at https://login.mranalyst.org/betting/account-deletion. Deletion removes associated account data (not only a freeze), except where retention is legally required.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
9. Age restriction
Correct Score Analytics is for users aged 18 years or older only. Sports betting content is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Security and changes
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the app or on mranalyst.org.
