These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Correct Score Analytics (mranalyst.correctscoreanalytics), mranalyst.org, and related services (the "Service") operated by Mr Analyst. By creating an account, registering a device, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to access sports betting information in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available where prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding gambling, sports betting, and online services.
3. Nature of the service — not betting advice
Correct Score Analytics provides football match tips, correct-score analysis, and educational content. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or licensed gambling operator. All content is for general informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute personalized betting, financial, or legal advice.
We do not place bets on your behalf. You alone are responsible for all wagering decisions, stake sizes, and compliance with bookmaker terms and local gambling laws.
4. No guarantee and past performance
Past results, win rates, and example tips do not guarantee future outcomes. Sports results are unpredictable. You may lose money when betting. We make no warranty that any tip or strategy will be profitable or suitable for you.
5. Accounts and device registration
Provide accurate information and complete email verification via OTP. Device registration may be required for VIP access. Keep credentials secure and notify [email protected] of unauthorized access.
6. VIP subscriptions and payments
Premium features may require payment through Google Play Billing or external checkout pages shown in the app. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the payment provider's instructions. Refunds follow the applicable store or payment provider policies and our Refund Policy.
7. Referral tokens and promotions
Referral codes, unlock tokens, and promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued. Abuse may result in forfeiture and account suspension.
8. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the app, scrape or redistribute tips, use automated tools to overload systems, impersonate others, circumvent access controls, or use the Service unlawfully.
9. Intellectual property
All content, software, branding, and tips are owned by Mr Analyst or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, OR PROFITABLE TIPS.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MR ANALYST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BETTING LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Governing law and changes
