Mr Analyst Signals ("Mr Analyst", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Mr Analyst mobile application (package name com.mranalyst.markets) and related services at mranalyst.org. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard your personal information when you install, register, or use our app.
By downloading, creating an account, or continuing to use Mr Analyst Signals, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity data
Email address, display name, profile photo (optional), referral code, referral activity, and account preferences. Email verification is performed using one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your address.
Device and technical data
Device identifiers, device registration tokens, operating system version, app version, language settings, IP address, network type, and diagnostic logs. Device registration helps manage VIP entitlements and prevent unauthorized access.
Usage data
Screens viewed, signals accessed or unlocked, subscription and VIP status, referral token usage, notification preferences, and timestamps of key actions.
Payment data
VIP subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store payment card numbers. We receive purchase tokens, order identifiers, subscription status, and renewal dates from Google to grant VIP access.
Support and communications
Messages sent via email at [email protected] or in-app chat powered by Crisp, including content and attachments you provide.
Push notification data
With your permission, we collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver signal alerts and service updates. You may disable push notifications in device settings.
3. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and improve Mr Analyst Signals and signal delivery.
- Authenticate users, verify email via OTP, and manage device registration.
- Deliver forex, crypto, and stock signals and VIP content to subscribers.
- Validate Google Play subscription and purchase entitlements.
- Operate referral programs, promotional tokens, and in-app rewards.
- Send notifications via Firebase push and email for service and security purposes.
- Provide customer support through Crisp chat and email.
- Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
- Generate aggregated, de-identified analytics to improve performance.
4. Firebase, analytics, and third-party services
We use Google Firebase for push notifications, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and analytics. Firebase may collect device identifiers, usage events, and diagnostic data per Google's policies. Crisp processes in-app chat messages. Google Play handles all subscription payments. We configure these tools to minimize collection and do not sell your personal information.
5. Legal bases for processing
We process data based on: performance of a contract (providing the app and VIP services); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, analytics); consent (where required); and legal obligation compliance.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers (hosting, Firebase, Crisp, email delivery), Google Play for purchase verification, legal authorities when required by law, and in business transfers subject to continued protection.

Data may be processed in countries other than yours. We use appropriate safeguards where required. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
8. Account deletion and your rights
