Google Play purchases
All VIP subscriptions and in-app purchases for Mr Analyst Signals (com.mranalyst.markets) are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment collection and refund eligibility are governed by Google Play terms. To request a refund, use your Google Play order history or Google's refund process within the applicable window.
Automatic renewal
VIP subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play settings before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by Google Play or applicable law.
Our role
Mr Analyst does not process card payments and cannot override Google refund decisions. We can verify purchase status using order identifiers to restore VIP access on a registered device.
Access issues
If charged but VIP access was not granted, contact [email protected] with your Google Play order ID and registered email. We will investigate and restore access or guide you through Google's refund process.
Referral tokens
Referral rewards, unlock tokens, and promotional credits have no monetary value and are not refundable.
