1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mr Analyst Signals (com.mranalyst.markets), mranalyst.org, and related services (the "Service") operated by Mr Analyst. By creating an account, registering a device, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. The Service is not available where prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding financial information and online services.
3. Nature of the service — not financial advice
Mr Analyst provides market analysis, trading signals, and educational content for forex, crypto, and stocks. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or financial institution. All content is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
We do not know your financial situation. Consult licensed professionals before making investment decisions. You alone are responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
4. No guarantee and past performance
Past performance, win rates, pip counts, and example trades do not guarantee future results. Markets are volatile; you may lose some or all of your capital. We make no warranty that any signal or strategy will be profitable or suitable for you.
5. Accounts and device registration
Provide accurate information and complete email verification via OTP. Device registration may be required for VIP access. Keep credentials secure and notify [email protected] of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, or abuse.
6. VIP subscriptions and Google Play billing
Premium features require payment through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in Google Play settings before the renewal date. Prices and features are shown at purchase. We receive entitlement data from Google; we do not process card payments directly. Refunds follow Google Play policies and our Refund Policy.
7. Referral tokens and promotions
Referral codes, unlock tokens, and promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued. Abuse may result in forfeiture and account suspension.
8. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the app, scrape or redistribute signals, use automated tools to overload systems, impersonate others, circumvent access controls, or use the Service unlawfully. We may use screenshot restrictions and device integrity checks where configured.
9. Intellectual property
All content, software, branding, and signals are owned by Mr Analyst or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
10. Third-party services
The Service integrates Google Play, Firebase, and Crisp chat. Your use of these is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, OR PROFITABLE SIGNALS.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MR ANALYST AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THROUGH GOOGLE PLAY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING A CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnification and termination
You agree to indemnify Mr Analyst from claims arising from your use, trading activity, or Terms violations. You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice. Surviving provisions include disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification.
14. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Mr Analyst's place of operation. Disputes resolve in competent courts unless consumer protection laws require otherwise. We may update Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
